Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, select your size and color on any product page, and tap Add to Bag or Buy Now. When you're ready, go to your bag and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide and card payments at checkout. There are no extra charges for COD.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Tap Order on WhatsApp on any product page — it opens WhatsApp with your selected product, size, and color pre-filled. Our team will confirm your order and arrange delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes — within 2 hours of placing your order, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll update or cancel it before it ships. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered in 3–5 business days across Pakistan.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan — no minimum spend.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and most rural areas.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You'll receive a confirmation message on your phone once your order ships, along with your tracking details.
Exchanges & Returns
What is your exchange policy?
We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging
Are all items exchangeable?
Sale items and intimates/innerwear are non-exchangeable for hygiene and clearance reasons.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll arrange pickup and delivery of the new size or item.
Do you offer refunds?
We primarily offer exchanges. In special cases (damaged or wrong items), we will arrange a full refund — contact us on WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a Size Guide link with detailed measurements for chest, waist, and length. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Are your sizes true to standard?
Our sizes follow standard Pakistani measurements. Check the Size Guide on each product for exact specs, as sizing can vary slightly between product types.
What if the size doesn't fit?
No worries — you can exchange it within 7 days (excluding sale and intimate items). See our exchange policy above.
Product Care
How should I care for my items?
General care instructions for most garments:
- Machine wash cold
- Do not bleach
- Hang dry (avoid direct sunlight)
- Iron on low heat
Always check the care label inside each garment for specific instructions.
Will the color fade?
Our garments are dyed for durability. To preserve color, wash inside-out in cold water and avoid harsh detergents.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and check out faster.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation message. You can also check your order status under My Account if you created one.
