Return Window

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, tags attached.

Refunds

Processed to original payment method or store credit within 5 business days. COD orders refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, Intimates and Innerwear can only be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene seals intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Message us within 3 days of delivery — we'll make it right at no extra cost.
